I've been doing really well. I've stuck with my low carb and very healthy diet as well as my workout. If my weight is up tomorrow I'll be surprised. If it's the same as last week I will be happy.
I failed miserably again today. It will be interesting to see how much I've gained.

Just got back from a camping trip with a stop at a birthday party for a three year old on the way home. Blew up the good eating this weekend just like last. Had some fantastic smoked Brats this afternoon and that is light compared to all the "camping" food. Hope I'm down this week as I missed the gym a couple days for work as well.
Wife is wanting some Brie and Asti this evening as well as we didn't get to it last night as the beach was so fantastic.
Not too bad considering a camping trip and birthday party. This week will be topped with my own son's birthday party on Saturday and the Super Bowl on Sunday. Let's hope not to gain weight this week.
Well I've settled into my ongoing weight loss mode of 2-3 lbs a week so I should be where I want to be now in about 10 more week......all on track so far!! 18.6lbs so far to date!!
