I talked with Bob a couple of months ago and he told me the chances of Eliminator going to the show this year were slim and none. He told me about his reasoning and all his points were very valid and I'll leave it at that...

It's been confirmed that Eliminator will not be there but they are going to announce something next week. Any guesses on what it is?

I'm guessing they are out of bankruptcy and they can focus on building boats. I was hoping they'd be at the show since it looks like ours will be selling this week.

Phil and I are hoping they're discontinuing the big yuppie boat line and ramping up Jet boat production.

I had a conversation with Harry at Advantage years ago as the big boats were just starting to take off. Although he was a racer and a fan of the small boats, the money was in the big boats. Drive trains cost the same whether there in a 22' boat or a 28' boat. With a little more glass, upholstery, and bling, these people with $ that wanted to impress there friends would pay top dollar. Half of them should never own a boat.
