Well..................how did everyone do this week???
I had a pretty good week......I haven't cheated once since starting and have met my Sugar and Carb goals every day. I think I'll be just short of 5 lbs again this week but all in all still on track and hope everyone else is still motivated toward your goals.
Remember......there is no fail here, if you stumble don't worry this is a marathon and NOT a sprint. There is time to get back on the bus and head toward your goal and looking good for boating season....hang in there and please post up as early as you can tomorrow so I can get the stats compiled and posted before I head off to school at 3.
