And I'm back. I had a really bad day yesterday and then some of the posts last night sent me over the edge. I woke up feeling extremely angry. My posting this morning had me headed on a one way train to banville so I did a self imposed ban for the day. I went out to the lake and spent the day on the water clearing my head. I paddled 8 miles...even swung by the dam to say hi to my Homeland Security peeps.

Thanks for taking a self imposed time out, I appreciate that. I certainly don't want to ban anyone. This is the friggin internet, people say stupid shit. If you take everything that's said for gospel its gonna be a long tough road.

Today would have been an awesome day for me to go paddle out on a lake somewhere too. My problem is I'm too stupid to just do it
