Just hang in there, this is a marathon and NOT a sprint.....hell, HB and GRADS haven't even started yet so I wouldn't worry.....you're still ahead of both of them.
Drop me a note if you're discouraged I can absolutely give you some ideas to help you get jump started ......perseverance is the key

I weighed myself this morning and I'm up 2 pounds...I know it's not what I ate yesterday.
Don't get discouraged. Keep doing what you're doing and the pounds will drop. Week 2 is always harder.
