    Tishimself is the weeks winner with 7lbs 2.78% weight loss for the week and currently in a very close second in the overall race having dropped 13lbs and 5.08% of his beginning starting weight

    Eli is leading the ladies with another good week and is at a total of 5.8 lbs and a very respectable 4.32% number.....she is definitely rocking the woman's group.....Way to go Eli


    We have 2 of the mouthiest participants who seem to have forgotten that we even have a weight loss challenge going on. I'm not going to name any names (GRADS) but c'mon........what the hell else have you got to do? You're the one that teed this thing up in the first place....Geezzz!!!


    In closing this is challenge going to get tougher before it gets easier, but you have got to keep your eye on the ball and keep track of your intake on a daily basis and don't put one single thing in your body that isn't helping you get to your goal or..................just give up and quit!!!
