    Not the best meal to eat the night before weigh-in. I think I was down a couple before this. Wife wanted to make sure it was all gone so the plate was loaded.

    Sour cream won't hurt you almost no sugar and/or carbs

    Maybe we can start a weight loss thread? This seams to be one of the 15 food threads.

    There are threads:
    What's for lunch?
    What's for dinner?
    What are you drinking?
    What snack did you eat?
    What did you eat in between breakfast and lunch?
    What's for Linner?
    What did your mamma make for lunch?
    What's for midnight snack?
    What's for Sunday brunch?

    Yet those threads are all dead and this thread is filled with food.

    I am...I'm really inspired. But, it would be nice if this thread was more about helping each other to reach a goal and less about bragging about the crap we can eat and still lose weight.

    While I understand that men can cut a meal here and there and lose weight, there are just as many women participating in this challenge and are looking for support not taunting. It's not as easy for women to shed weight.

    I agree....Like I said earlier..........It was funny like the first 10 times....kinda like an old joke that you've heard a hundred times; at a certain point it stops being funny....or even cute
