That's why LOTO always is at full pool, we need our water, Al Gore solved global warming, I'm sure he can figure something out.

I grew up in Northern California so I was ALWAYS conscious of water use and conservation......it was as much a part of out life as wearing a seat belt when getting into a car.
I them moved to southern CA when I got out of school and haven't had to worry about it since...............because we get all that water we need from up north and because that Mullholland guys made sure we'd have enough water down here way back in the 30's so we really don't care about those guys up north ...............Now I live in AZ and I think it's about time that those selfish people in So Cal buck up and start saving water

Yes, yes SoCal got it's water care of the Mullholland boys. At great great cost. You see, once upon a time Central Cal. was eden. A paradise that even the Spanish explorers were amazed at. Filled with Grizzly bears, cougars, trees, lakes, it was an amazing sight to be sure. Tulare lake, a once great inland lake, is long gone. As is Owens lake, all diverted to the LA aquaduct. LA has taken a huge toll on Ca. Here is a picture of the area before the Owens river was diverted....the once flourishing ecosystem, which flourished here for tens of thousands of years, is long gone and extinct. Just like the California Grizzly bear. The only way you can even tell they were ever here, is because for some reason it is still on the Ca. state flag.

If anybody in So. Cal is serious about saving more water let me know and I'll come out to your house and make some recommendations. I sell commercial irrigation equipment for a living so I'm generally teaching parks, golf courses, city guys, etc... about water conservation. 80% of your water is used outside and there are literally millions of rebate dollars available right now for you to take advantage of. Everything from smart controllers to rain barrels, etc....I'm just trying to keep more water in the Colorado river
