Are your muscles sore? If so, your body is retaining water. If not, your body isn't getting enough food. Add a low fat muscle milk.
I haven't lost any weight so far this week either.

He's just too scrawny! I thought he was more ripped when I said he looks like me. He could use a little more definition if he wants to get to where I am.
