The 2nd week will be tougher I think. I could have dropped that weight by just sitting in the sauna if I wanted to. And my pizza pics are legit. I scarfed down on that stuff Saturday night!

Not in on this challenge but I went from 254 last monday at the docs to 245 this morning. Laying in bed for 4 days with little appetite has one advantage.
