							What you REALLY need to do is get a good quality metal detector. Hell, no has ever scanned that area...when it went underwater, there weren't any....God knows what you could dig up out there....

							My guess is its an intake structure from the old hydros that used to be there.  The bolts on the top probably held the screens.  It probably isn't very deep because the intake pipes/ducts are probably pretty close to the bottom of the lake.

 Yes, I strapped a flashlight to the GoPro and attached that to a rope and dropped it to the bottom. I was only able to watch on my phone until the wifi signal got dropped.
