My goal is to get down to <220 by the end of March (contest) and under 210 by the middle of May. I'm currently pushing hard on 40" pants and I'm looking at getting back into those 34's I was able to get into a few of years ago.
What's everybody else's goal.......remember you'll never get where you want to go without a goal 
I filled in the blank, should be pretty close. I hit 258/260 last year, then dropped to 219, but a few people thought I was on crack. So I plumped back up a little, but then I got carried away. So I'm thinking 225ish will do. Piece of cake (pun intended)

Day 2 of my 3 day fast down.....one more day and then I start on my standard regimen of;
- 16g sugars
- 120 carbs
- ~1400 Calories.......but this is somewhat irrelevant if the first 2 are met.

I had 4 bites of salad last night and a small piece of boars head sliced turkey so needless to say I cheated on the master cleanse.

Now there's a diet I can stand behind! Steak lunch at Royal Cut sounds like it would fit diet plans.......as long as it's on a salad.

I rode the skate park till 10 at night.. I put on the map my run app on my phone and I pumped around the park and came out to be 6 miles. I thought that was kinda cool. I also did a 10 mile ride at lunch and went on a 3 mile walk with my dogs before going to the park..
