I did that a couple months ago in this thread. It has gone down another 15'-20' since the November pictures. Papaletch 4130 check out the pics.

    Plane quest

Hey Grads. So, I too have become very interested in this story and finding that plane. I've lived in the area all my life and never heard of this story. I think a few of us are kayaking out this coming Sunday to see if we can see down or how close we can get. Did you go look? Any developments? I wonder what it would cost to rent some equipment. Anyway, look forward to talking to you. My email is Lacenelson@yahoo.com

I'm really sorry, somehow I missed your post. Damn it. It would be great to meet you and go paddling sometime.

Anyways, it looks like the authorities are getting involved.

This is a really good story and description. I was shocked to hear that there are still 50'-60' tall trees still standing underwater. I thought most of the trees were cut down. This is the same guy that found a woman in the Delta last week. I have a feeling they are going to find it.

I went diving off the coast of Aruba back in the 90's. Down about 85' there is a downed DC3. It was an eerie feeling going inside that plane and sitting at the controls. The plane was actually in pretty good shape. I hope you find what your looking for...

I bet they find it today after 50 years. I'm bummed I'm going out of town or I'd be out there.
