Ready to fry:
1 head of cabbage
2 medium/large yellow onions
4-5 medium carrots
2 eggs (beaten slightly and mixed in final mix)
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, t tsp garlic powder
Excuse the yucky looking burner on my 22 yr old Jen Aire cook top...
2 lbs ground pork (mild sausage), 1 lb of salad shrimp whole, 1/2 package of saifun bean threads (cut bean threads after soaking)
filling should make about 50 egg rolls
