Balboa Island

Spent the day in Newport today. Walked the entire island, took the ferry over to the peninsula, grabbed some ice cream comes for the kids then rode the ferry back. Truly an awesome day with the family.

Nice pics! thanks ...... I lived there until I was about 10 (our vacation house), still remember the same ferry like it was yesterday, only it was about 45 years ago ...lol I still have this one pic of our house 750 sq ft. I took my kids awhile back to show them around the island and see the old house but it was gone, condo's now. Always remembered the address 1038 W. Balboa Blvd..... seemed big to me at the time
