I neglected to mention earlier my beloved Uncle Doc, my Dads brother, is losing his battle with a brain tumor.....this time next year...another empty seat at the family table.....sigh...

This was a special run in Memory of Uncle Doc! May he Rest in Peace.

And did I mention how important a good running coach is? Don't hurt yourself by pushing too hard in the wrong direction.

I don't have a running couch but, I took your advice and that of NGE and I was able to increase my speed.







I slowed down a little the last mile and walked about a quarter of it.

I drank too much last night, I couldn't eat this morning, I'm dehydrated, I wore the wrong sports bra and I forgot to wear sun block!
