About 3 hours.

I work all day M-F, post occasionally at work.
Dinner is usually at 8:00 for us after we get home from work, wife goes to gym.
I'm doing kitchen work while wife is at the gym. I'm working out, right?

Looks good to me! When I look at all of your posts about cooking dinner, I just think what a pain in the a$$ to have to go shopping for that stuff
