Hey Vic......be careful with that one........personally I was planning on taking this weight I gained off after the holidays and I think that I can take it off pretty fast

I say we make it interesting............how bout a 3 month contest based on total weight loss (as a percentage of body weight). $100 a month per person could be a pretty good motivator if we get enough people involved???

Percentage is tough as I'm 237 this morning and only want to get to 225 so I'll lose.
