WTF is up with gas

Its 3.45 at my local socal costco today.
I paid 2.92 at Smiths in Havasu about two weeks ago.

C'mon....come clean....how much discount did you get on the Smith's gas because you spent $$ in the store......like .20 a gallon !!!!!
