    Look at that. Somebody that went to school before they had electricity, and the teacher rang a bell by hand.

    Bet you knew at least one person who's father worked for Ford, making Model Ts in the Pico Rivera plant.

    I can hear it from the others already. THEY BUILT FORDS IN PICO RIVERA??. Yep, they sure did. Chevys and Pontiacs in Van Nuys too!

    Bob, had an uncle that worked at the Long Beach plant making 1930 model A fenders and a few high school friends that worked at the Pico Rivera plant. I can remember going with Ak Miller to the Pico Rivera plant to pick up two 427 SOHC engines that came in by rail.
