Fast forward to last summer when we were out and about at the Carlsbad outlet mall and my wife said enough is enough. She walked up behind him and depants the kid in the middle of the mall
Then told him you got a waist for a reason, dress right or figure out a way to buy your own clothing.
Pants have been worn correctly ever since
