Not sure if I would say not allowed. If someone posted a pic they took and thats what they caught in the pic, I'd probably be ok with it.

But to dig up a pic like that just for shock value? I dunno. I saw no difference with that dudes boobs than a woman with the same size boobs. Only difference was he was a dude, I think.
