Day after thanksgiving we have turkey sandwiches and Saturday WMC uses the leftover hamhock and makes homemade split pea soup (the bomb)....
Persian cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I get my balsamic vinegar and olive oil from We Olive. The blackberry balsamic is great!

Your 1/2 bday is my bday!!!

Your pictures made me hungry!!! Everything looks delish! I'm going to try that cucumber/tomato salad sometime. We try to alternate going to the river and staying local. This year we'll be in Parker with NRI's fam. I'm sure his mom is making the usual suspects. NRI and I don't eat meat anymore, so I'm making vegetarian lasagna and a brussel sprouts & kale shaved salad and possibly dressing (without meat). I'm looking forward to mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, pink salad and pumpkin pie (along with the items we're bringing)!
