Its funny seeing John on TV and in person. Two different people. I live in Yorba Linda also and see him around town. Last Sun. I went over to a local dive bar for breakfast called the Canyon Inn. Seats were taken around the bar except for one. I sit down and look to my left and sure enough its John. He doesn't say a word as usual and notices a old regular walk in who is having medical problems. He tells the bartender that he would be done soon and the guy can take his seat. She said the guy has been coming in for over 20 years. John replies, so have I. John pays his bill and leaves what looks like some tickets. He told her to give them to the old guy. He said goodbye to some of the other regulars and off he went. Same shy guy every time I see him around town.
