They always do well in that race. Its kind of the Energizer Bunny of the Parker Enduro

its funny, lot of people get lathered up because the Nordic or Teague are entered. Even RD got all excited because Gary H was going to run. I'd rather see the E12 and the orange Hallett #69, and Eddie Marines Quick Trick black Mandella entered anyday. They are the boats that remind me of the glory days. If RD wants this race to return to the glory days of the 60s like he says he does, he needs to attract more of those boats, even if they aren't all that competitive. They are cool to watch, and the drivers are having a blast.
We were cheering on the E12 he wins the Hotboat "hardcore" award! That guy was getting hammered out there but finished the race! With the extended course the race is going o need more boat entries to keep the spectators entertained. It got pretty boring the last hour or so. Needs more action IMO.
