Not a fan of banning unless people are severely focking up or calling the owner out like Slo Wacker did to Dave. Penalty box takes care of most problems. A mix of posters and opinions keep it fresh and entertaining.

Keep him. And if you ban him be consistent. That is if you would ban anyone else for the same infraction, then ban his ass. The thread that led to his banning elsewhere (IMO) was epic funny. I guess some people didn't want to get the joke.
