Dodgers didn't stand a chance against the Wacha Wacha. Puig ignited the team and carried them into September but his inexperience and too aggressive style cost them big IMO. What is he thinking when he sees the cutoff waving his arms I'm the air?
It's one thing to be aggressive but not playing smart against any good team , let alone the Cards in the playoffs, is going to cost you.

The Cardinals have never played the free agent game like a lot of the big cities like LA, Chicago and New York, they just don't have the money, but they have one heck of a farm system, 20 of the 25 players came up through their system, I think I mentioned it early that the 2013 Cards players salaries were 200 million less than the Dodgers.
That's why we let Pujols go, these guys aren't worth that kind of money, with proper baseball training you can teach the right kid.
Puig is way too immature for major league baseball right now.

Ron we felt the same way. He kept over-throwing the ball when he could've targeting another runner much closer. He did not play smart at all.

I wonder if Scott Van Slyke wishes he hadn't acted silly before the game now.
My #14 Mizzou is playing Florida today, who to root for, gotta be Mizzou.

Puig is just too used to Cuban baseball. That's what they're all about down there , more of an "I" than a team.
