In 2008 we were a patrol boat. We pulled something like 10 boats in that year. You haven't seen anything until you've been in the water with race boats just off your bow going over 100 MPH. Ok, maybe not over 100 MPH.

Sports Valley used to be our fav place on the river. Place used to get so packed at night on the weekends it was insane. Loved that place Attachment 22441

I had a beer or two at Sports Valley also, '81-'82 ish. That was our favorite watering hole. Worked on the CAP from Buckskin Mtn to Bouse pumping station.

We stayed at the delta king river boat hotel that weekend. Nice that the rooms were small, they weren't too hard to keep cool.
