I make my own hot sauce, only when I go to tucson and buy the peppers from a guy on the corner. I've done that once, and it sucked bad. Just to make it worse, I add piquillos. You gotta suffer through it, aint pouring milk on the NADS. I doubt it would work anyway.

You can try tecnu. It will strip the area of oil. Might not give relief right away but it should cut down your healing time.
