I say Fake. The biggest problem is that someone is obviously manning the camera, yet there are no screams from the videographer or the guy "taken" by the Orca... and the videographer keeps filming.
The second problem is the guy looks like he gets hit by the Orca falls alongside of it, then is suddenly in its mouth. Originally Posted by gn7

Wow....not too sure. I thought fake also. then slowed it down to a frame by frame, the guy is standing there, the baby seal swims up next to the guy, and the whale follows it seems. Right into the guy, and it grabs the guy instead, frame by frame you can see his go down as he is being grabbed by the whale, and goes head first I think into the whale. Thus no screams. At first I thought it was his leg flailing about, then it looks like a right arm....have to look at it again...if this is fake, it's a good one....as for the guy on the beach, are you gonna go run after a killer whale??
