I mean idk if they are or aren't writing them? I'm sure if a motor cop see's it they will pull you over. I guess many people just get lucky, because most people that I see messing with their phones while driving seem either completely unaware of their surroundings, or they just don't care.. I really don't understand it either Wendi.

All I'm saying if "I WERE a cop" I would focus on the schools (before and after) because there is a lot of money to be made from ignorant parents and teenage drivers. Mind you we do not have a lot of crime in our city and there isn't much going on. If there is an accident or something all 9 of our PD will be there just because there is nothing more to do.

I do not text and drive. However, this no talking on a cell is bullshit. I am perfectly capable of talking and driving. Just as capable as the mom reaching into the back seat to get the pacifier for her kid. Just as capable as the guy stuffing his face with micky d's. Just as capable as the dumb ass reading a newspaper. Just as capable as the women putting on her make up. Just as capable as the old lady that can barely see over the steering wheel.

By the way I talk on my cell while drive everyday. If they fucking ticket me then I will waste their time by showing up to fight it then probably just pay it.
