Blue Board is not "new" it's been around for quite a while and is used for "Veneer Plastering" and is not the same as Green Board either, cumon Steve you should know this stuff.

I thought I did ??? that's what I thought he was talking about.. it has a rough paper ..burn you fingers when you cut it,...

I allways thought it was the same as radiant heat board form the 70'S remember that?.....back in the thin wall days with diamond coat....

i'm getting the hand texture on the walls at the house...could have just thinwalled it and got a better wall

Nice job Steve! .... killer views!! I shoulda looked around more for view lot when I built my house there, I don't really feel like going thru the whole thing again so I shouldn't be lookin at these pics ..lol

yeah, they screwed it off,...they would have been there till the cows come home if they had to nail it...lol

they have to run a generator for power, so they just tacked every thing...

It seems things change so fast in construction these days, I have a hard time keeping up. Damn when I build a few homes we had a hammer, square, level, chalk line, nail puller, tape, skil saw and extension cord, oh yeah a pencil. Never used a crane, we used ropes and pulled the trusses up by hand. These days they got made with all the new stuff. Yeah I'm old,,,,,,LOL.
