I'm a good sales person, however my duties include: Shipping, receiving, accounts payable and receivable. If he gave me a raise I would brush up on sales!!! But I do have a question is this a residential or commercial job?

He does commercial security installation. When it comes to residential he normally recommends ADT. But let's see what he has to say tonight.
