I'm glad I post off an iPod in the weekends because without a keyboard and large screen, it's tough to type out long winded responses which prevents me from chiming in on threads like this.
Unfortunately as a business owner, it's all about customer service which means keeping your opinion to yourself no matter what a customer says about you(or in this instance, chops a pic of your wife). Even when provoked as such, as there would have been no response if the customer had not initiated the action, a business owner must still take the higher road. There was nothing good that would come from that chop and she knew it.....customers do it all the time.....unfortunately the customer always complains when the reaction is made, even when it's the exact reaction they expected.
Don't argue with idiots. They will just bring you down to their level then beat you with experience.
