    next, I went to Richard at affordable homes in havasu to pull me a permit,

    and started gathering sub contractors to do the different operations...

    so now, I have a graded lot, approved plans and building permits,...I had to pull 2 permits, one for the house, and one for the detached garage,,

    the reason for the two buildings was so I could get closer to the rear property line... I ended up at 10' because of the pue utility easement

    I have the driveway graded, the rear and front retaining walls....

    so the next thing is to trench for under ground power ,water and sewer, followed by forms (RAILS) for the footings and slabName:  lot 001.jpg
