Nice, I have been waiting for the announcement of the new GoPro. Didn't want to buy one and then a new model come out soon afterwards.

You're pretty much screwed if you're hoping to stay in front of the curve. GoPro will always have something you'll want after you make your first purchase. Lots in the pipe right now too. Just start somewhere...if you can afford a repower in the daytona then you can afford a GoPro or 3.

Sony, LG and Samsung are the current players but if there's any traction through black friday you can bet your cornhole there are going to 4k TV's clogging up commercial time right before the super bowl.
