People trying to have a full on conversation with me while my head phone are in at the gym. I am there to get my work out on not to have a 10min conversation between sets. Headphones mean say hi and leave not stay and chat....

Rarely at the Rancho 24. I commute to LB so I go to Lakewood 24 in the morning and if its the weekend, I go to upland. It is closer. I think they have a bit "newer" equipment at the upland 24 and seems a bit bigger.

Upland is where I work out every morning. I've been to Rancho a few times on the weekend but everybody is too roided out for me. I just stated Rancho as that's your location. That's what I use my membership for as well. When I have distant appointments, I leave early enough in the morning to miss traffic, work out locally to my appointment and get ready there.
