Ran in to Mr. Shubin yesterday in town. Looks like things are on hold for a bit. Sounds like the liquor license is a done deal, no issue there. Part of the issue may be locating and hiring staff. So for now he is looking at Labor Day Weekend. We'll get more information as soon as possible.
