What I always liked about Rexie is that he was ALWAYS the life of the party at Long Beach !

Our leader, Barney!
SO, in the last 20+ years since Havasu Barney days, I had a daughter who’s now starting college (on the dean’s list after completing her first semester).
My son is doing his masters program at UC Riverside CA. He’s half way done with a three year program.
I’m still doing IT software work and ready to retire when I get my shop all set up, it’s under construction ( in two years)
My wife and I are still happily married after 36 years . I’ve been calling Long Beach my second home since the mid 80’s but would like to have a snowbird situation in Parker AZ…
OH, I got new hips in 2016, it was a pretty dark time in the years leading up to that life changing surgery, I was bone on bone in both hips.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of the west coast circle boat crew and call many of them friends like Jerry/SharpShooter, Mike/Rexie, Hotboat Vic, LBX David from Long Beach water ski fame and MANY MANY more fine folks that I’ve got to meet/hang with.
The start of my 50x100 retirement shop at the farm, roof trusses are getting delivered this week. All stick built 2x6x12’ framing with attic trusses
