Registration
MANDATORY PRE-REGISTRATION – Entries are to be received by Tuesday November 20th. Entries received after November 20th will be charged a $50 late fee per entry. Entries can be emailed to Jeannie Doidge at jdsjmom@aol.com, or faxed to (818) 997-4278, or mailed to SCSC c/o Jeannie Doidge 10115 Gaviota Ave, North Hills, CA 91343-1432. On-Site Late Registration and Racer Check-In

Thursday 11/22 – 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST on the patio of Jeannie Doidge’s room, room number #1025
Friday 11/23 – 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM MST at the Judges Stand (Patio area of River's Edge Cantina)
Saturday 11/24 – 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM MST at the Judges Stand (Patio area of River's Edge Cantina)
Note: All teams must check in on Thursday or Friday morning and clear registration to receive their credentials, crew wristbands, parking passes, etc.

Drivers Meeting
Friday 11/23 & Saturday 11/24 – 8:00 AM at the Judges Stand (Cantina Patio)

Pits
Pits are first come, first serve. Please DO NOT block the fire land and only take up enough room for your pit, please do not spread out.

Motorhomes/RV’s

Motorhomes/RV’s are NOT allowed on the beach side of the pits. Motorhomes are permitted on the Resort side of the pits (adjacent to the amphitheater/playground) behind the 1st row of pits (behind the amphitheater not in the fire lane). DO NOT block the fire land and only take up enough room for your pit, please do not spread out.
