I was thinking the same thing, however I was also curious about a below grade basement in an area where the water table is about 1' below finish grade in most areas anyway. AJ keeps trying to get me to move to Florida and was sending me ads for contractors that are hiring. That's a whole other world out there. I can deal with desert, heat, hardrock, river run, cactus, and all the other fun things we have out here, but throw in dewatering and all the fun that comes with trying to build in and on swampland, and I'm way out of my element.
