First select the photo button like this:
make sure that it looks like this in the left tab (from computer in GREY):
use the CHOOSE FILE and UPLOAD FILE(s) buttons to select and upload:
If you want to cancel or make a change use the following button (lower right) to cancel and back up:
OR use the choose button (lower right) and then "upload" button on the next screen :
It should look like this if your selection/upload is successful:
