    The stucco & S.W. style is something that is very uncommon in the midwest, so many times when us midwest folk get to see a nice set up like your last house we fall head over heels for the S.W. design/decor... That was the case for my wife and i, refreshing and new for us...

    Very nice.

    I have wanted to build a home for a while. Just not sure where I want to build it. We still have a house in San Diego, but we really like traveling. Don't think we will ever move back into it. Love the neighborhood and our friends. Just don't think we will live in California again. Will probably settle in Florida when we get done traveling.

    well, not much happening of the havasu home... the hurry up and wait seems to be the norm... had a couple people look at the house for sell.. no offers yet..hope'n we will be able to stay in thru aug. at least... then we can just go to havasu on the motorhome till the new house is done..should be done by jan.
