2010 Arctic Cat XTZ1000 fuel problem

So I had this thing sold, except when I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. It always starts.

    So here's what I found:

I put gas in the intake, fired right up until it burned that off. Ignition is good.
Pulled the fuel line off the filter, gas somewhat tricked out. I read its supposed to be 40psi. So I'm thinking fuel pump (its inside the tank)
Replaced that, fuel still trickles out. Still wont start. fml

Hmmm. So I pull an injector, crank it, no fuel coming out. wtf.

Now this is where I'm screwed. When I put the injector back on I broke the clamp screw off flush with the intake. fml. And its super tiny, like a #8 or something.

I read maybe the EFI is shutting down because the crank sensor may not be working?
I also need to put a meter on the injector to see if its getting pulsed. But before I do anything I gotta get that shit screw out of the intake.

It is now throwing a EFI code on the dash. But thats obvious because it won't start duh.

    Any ideas?

Hi Vic, this is Chris, check the fuel vent, take the gas cap off and check the fuel flow.

Is there a fuel pump relay?
