So who owns Topock now??? What are overall plans???

Chet from Apple Valley ownes it. From what I heard the plan is to get the diner and store open then the hotel some time after that.

Totally agree!! Pirates Cove just a Circus now, I think I only went there once last summer, service was poor and I just don't care for it. But to each thier own.
I rather go to Havasu Springs, better food and better prices!! Besides they have air conditioning which is a nice break while eating.

Well this place is definitely going to be a destination soon. Unbelievable the work that is going on there. 121 slips, restaurant, chilled pool, gas, and shortly a hotel. Put Topock back on the map and chart a course to it soon, you'll be glad you did.

This will definitely be a Riverexpress taxi ride from Parker. Can't wait for the grand opening. They were hoping for Memorial, but said most likely mid June. They will have something going on Memorial nonetheless.

I hope they are open for Memorial. I am not a fan of Pirates and can't wait to have this place open. I hope it has the same "feel" as it did before!
