lots of those money pits for sale around Alimitos Bay... My FIL dropped one million on his NEW and sold it to someone from HongKong for 450k... Be ready to spend some serious bucks on fuel....
He was packing twin 650hp cummins turbo diesels, Carver said, at that time they had not put that much HP in that small of a yacht, you could actually ski behind it...
I'm going to stand by my position, that Uncle Dave or RayLee's 2750 Lavey is the most versitile set up I've seen/been in yet... EASY to move/tow/launch and runs like a bat out of hell in some pretty serious wata...

We didn't lol. It was raining and we were sooooo paranoid about getting left. After having 30 vendors shoving them in your face I was over it anyway lol

Yah I hate walking through that area with people trying to sell you everything. I had to go through the same crap today at the pyramids....its sucks....I just ignore and make no eye contact or look at anything they are offering lol

I'm thinking a nice 30 of 32ft SeaRay or Larson that is able to be trailered. I really like the idea of being able to sleep in it over night whether it me on Mohave or at Catalina.
You bring up a good point re. Fuel. From what I have seen just browsing Craigslist is most have twin 350 or 454.
