From what I hear, SM is becoming very un business friendly. A lot of the tech companies are making their way to Playa Vista....think YouTube has an office in Playa Vista as well.

It wasn't that long ago that Playa Vista was nothing but swamp land. I remember the greenies going all ape shiat over DreamWorks.

Santa Monica is a pretty nice city, I read the average rent there these days is $2400. They have their own housing laws, and now they have Tiffany, Armani, Vitton at the Santa Monica Place, they just closed a great restuarant there named Zinga.

When I shop at Tiffany, after convincing them I'm not there to clean the floors and windows, I tell them my budget and they show me this little 3'X2' counter of charms and bracelets.

ChumpChange walks in and they actually say "Welcome"

All I know is that I grew up there. Playa Vista ruined all of my mx tracks.
