Kim and I quit smoking Jan of 2012. Quit cold turkey and haven't cheated since.....Feels good but I do miss it at times...

I couldn't drink with you guys. Lol. I tend to chain smoke while drinking

Dude, trust me I know....We were the same way.....At first we stopped drinking for like 2 or 3 weeks and when we drank again, we had a couple of those nicotine free vapor cigs we used....
That lasted a whole month and we just said eft it and it was all good. I will say, when I drink now, I love standing next to someone that smokes. I love the second hand smoke...lol

Reduce my TV watching at night and try to start reading for pleasure again. Already go to the gym 4 days a week and eat healthy so that will continue after my winter break (between turkey day and New Years).
