Matt was the loser he shaved. I started my beard on 11/3 and that beard is just 2 1/2 weeks old in that picture. I typically start growing a beard in November and then my wife pimps me out as Santa for various occasions around town. My wife keeps a tight leash on me because it is amazing how many woman out there have a fetish (putting it nicely) for Santa
