I knew a lady who's husband was always competing with his brother, brother buys his wife a 3 carat diamond so he buys his wife a 5 carat diamond. She just shrugged her shoulders and obviously didn't complain. I just thought that was so pathetic.

Closing a ground up construction deal in 20 days and swooping in on the incumbent bank which is what I just completed this morning. Deposit check picked up on 10/10, got all reports in(not without issues), signed docs at 10am this morning and wired out the money by deadline. SUCCESS!!!!!!
